editing

On October 30 I began editing the clips i had together. When I began thinking about the time limit the commercial had to be I realized I may have to cut some of the clips out. Like the interviews and the transitioning from their words to them doing it. To begin with I started editing on an app on my phone. The app called Videoshop. This allowed me to add music and add all the clips together I put all the clips together to make sure I had enough time to meet the requirements of thirty seconds. When I made sure I had enough time I downloaded the clips and the clip I preedited to my loptop. I then trimmed and cut anything I didn't think was needed or was excess. After I finished the first draft of editing I saw I was low on time. This space allowed me to add more clips to show off the PlayStation.

I continued editing and adding the finishing touches on the commercial on November 1st. I wasn't able to finish editing it on the 30th because I had to wait to film and get some clips from the other actor in the commercial. As I added his clip in I figured I should add more players playing the game to give more emphasis on the having fun portion of the PlayStation. After that I played the video to make sure it was correct and was in order, but it didn't make sense and was all over the place. I then rearranged the clips to look more visually appealing and create a somewhat a story for the watchers. When the clips where in order I added transitions between them to make them look less choppy and tried to make it look smooth throughout the commercial. After the transitions I added a song by Brazzi called 'Myself' which gives the commercial a cool and relax vibe around it. Once everything was in order I added the price to the end of it using my voice as the moderator as used in other commercials giving me a twenty-nine second commercial.
